Every project starts with a Perfex CRM or NetSuite instance that finance already trusts. Rather than replicating data, we expose a GraphQL layer and let Flutter talk to one canonical endpoint. Marketing still gets their analytics view, but ops teams only reconcile numbers in one place.

Flutter lets us ship the same release to in-store Android kiosks and iOS field devices, while Laravel handles the server logic needed for MOI or TDRA reporting. We deploy the API to Render or Fly.io for burst capacity, then mirror to an on-prem VM when local regulations require data residency.
Dashboards are only useful if non-technical sponsors can interpret them. I ship every engagement with a Looker Studio board that rolls up feature adoption, SLA breach risk and integration health. Flutter logs stream into New Relic, but the leadership team gets a Friday snapshot in their inbox.
We ship in four-week waves: baseline API + auth, pilot workflow, full data migration, then enablement. Each wave ends with field trainings and “go/no-go” sign-offs so leadership never feels blindsided. If scope shifts, the burndown chart updates instantly inside ClickUp for total transparency.
Technology is only half the win. We define escalation paths, admin responsibilities and release rituals before handing off. Department champions get a “runbook lite” with glossary, permissions table and quick wins they can claim internally.
